Mention code 4281061 | | Mongol Global Tour Co. | | | | Day | Destination | Description | | Day 1 | Altai mountains | Your guide and party will fly to UlaanGoom, which is on the east side of the Altai mountains. You will be on a jeep trek towards the mountain to get closer to the sites. Eat and sleep in the tent. You will have an opportunity to ride some horses around this area, once you are settled. B, L, D | | Day 2 | Altai mountains | You will be taken to several fascinating sites, including petroglyphs, deer stones and ancient burial sites. These are fascinating experiences. Then your party will proceed over the Altai Mountains to the west. You will see some incredible vistas as you ascend the mountain in your jeeps. You will spend the night in a tent near where of the Mongols have pitched their gers for their summer homes in the mountains. You will meet many of the Nomads and see what life is like here in the Mongol countryside. B, L, D | | Day 3 | Altai mountains | You will continue over the mountains (seeing a great deal more of the beautiful countryside) and will arrive in Ulgii. You will meet the Kazakh Mongols and the Eagle Hunters (that is, they hunt with eagles). There is also a very interesting museum in Ulgii that we will visit. Then we will take you to sleep in a ger camp (if available) or another hotel. B, L, D | | Day 4 | Altai mountains | The morning is free. Then you will be flown back to UlaanBaatar and transferred to your hotel. B, L |
